SENTIATECH platform open meeting to promote projects

IMDEA Water will host on next 22 May a meeting to promote R&D&I projects organized by the SENTIATECH Platform. Experts and agents from the sector will discuss and analyse on current and future challenges in water management. Attendance is free upon registration.

The session, in which the Spanish Water Supply Association (AEAS), FI Group Spain and ITENE Technology Centre collaborate, will focus on the water cycle. The meeting will take place at the IMDEA Water facilities, located in the Scientific and Technological Park of the University of Alcalá, in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.

The meeting will be divided into two parts. The first one will address the challenges of the sector and current technologies, as well as the financing tools available.

In the second part, a dynamization session will be held with three simultaneous tables focused on various topics: the detection of contaminants and environmental control, the elimination and capture of contaminants in effluents and process waters, and recovery.

This event aims to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and the exchange of knowledge in a face-to-face environment conducive to reflection and joint learning.
