During his bachelor program, he collaborated on the design of a Scanning Tunneling Microscopy in the Nanomaterials Department from the Institute of Materials Science and Technology. There, he acquired experience in digital hardware design. After he finished his undergraduate studies, he worked in the National Electromedicine Center (Cuba), where he acquired experience in maintenance of medical equipment.

He enrolled in his master program and worked at Electronic Department as a teacher support in some subjects such as “Digital Electronics” and “Electronic Technology. He ultimately graduated with a master thesis in the Hardware-in-the-loop emulation of power converters.

He joined in the “CIANOALERT: Intelligent alert against the harmful blooms of cyanobacteria for the water industry” project (RTC-2016-5087-2) at IMDEA Water Institute in March 2018.
