Graduated in Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) in 2016, she completed her academic training with a Master’s degree in Agro-environmental and Agro-food Sciences (UAM-UNED) in 2017.
In 2018, she joined the Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Bromatology at UAM as a researcher, a position she held until 2021. During this period, she carried out the processing and analysis of samples of various nature, as well as the evaluation of iron fertilizers in the soil-plant system.
In 2022, she joined IMDEA Water as a Senior Laboratory Technician. At IMDEA Water, she analyzed contaminants of emerging concern (CECs), in different water matrices using liquid chromatography techniques coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry and triple quadrupole (LC-HRMS and LC-MS/MS).
In 2023, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, in the Extractables & Leachables Department (Laboratorios Liconsa S.A.), where she has continued to work with LC-HRMS.
Since May 2024 she is a Senior Laboratory Technician in the Mass Spectrometry Unit at IMDEA Water.
