The opening of the Forum will take place in Madrid on May 29, 2013.

The CDTI and China Innovation Agency (TORCH) are organizing a technological-managerial meeting, Spanish-Chinese, aimed at promoting bilateral relations between technological entities of the two countries. The opening of the Forum will take place in Madrid on May 29, with the participation of the Ministries involved in Science, Technology and Innovation, in both countries. The application should be made before May 20.

The program includes technological presentations in the sector of the environment, and two parallel sessions of matchmaking, for the presentation of participants, more focused, first, on the integrated management of the water cycle and, secondly, in the management of urban and industrial residues. Besides, it is planned to organize a visit to technological parks or companies.
