IMDEA Water cooperate in the Conference “ Water reuse in the context of circular economy” organised by AEAs.

IMDEA Water participate, on 10 May, in the Conference “ Water reuse in the context of circular economy” organised by Asociación Española de Abastecimientos de Agua y Saneamiento (AEAs) and Asociación Española de Desalación y Reutilización (AEDyR), in cooperation with ASERSA, ADECAGUA and IMDEA Water, in which Eloy García acts as a moderator in the session on innovation and technological advances in water regeneration.

The workshops aims to tackle the water reuse’s place in circular economy, this economy intends to reuse wastewater, including it again in the production chain,  which would decrease water consumption and would help to preserve the raw materials, water and energy.

The workshop is divided in three sessions dealing with:

• Challenges in the governance of water reuse.
• Latest advances in research and technology for water regeneration.
• Practical applications of water reuse.
