IMDEA Water is attending to European Desalination Society Conference

IMDEA Water is attending to  European Desalination Society Conference at Rome 22-26 May 2016, with the main topic of “Desalination for the environment: Clean Water and Energy”.

Dr. Juan M. Ortiz, researcher at IMDEA Water is presenting the communication“Low-energy drinking water production and simultaneous wastewater treatment using microbial desalination cells: experimental results at lab scale”, by Juan M. Ortiz, Zulema Borjas, Frank Rogalla, Abraham Esteve-Nuñez, at session “Energy consumption/saving”.

With more than 500 participants from both academia and companies, this conference on desalination for the environment is devoted to advances towards providing fresh water for all, at affordable cost and at economica energy requirements.
