The conference was dedicated to the exchange of experiences about the management of water practices.

The International Network for water in European Regions and Cities –NETWERCH2O– organized an international conference in Barcelona, dedicated to the exchange of experiences about the management of water practices.

The conference was divided into several blocks. In the first one, international experiences of Melbourne and Southern California and the Bluescities project (a project developed in the framework of the European Horizon 2020 program) were presented.

In the second block best practices on various aspects related to the management and quality of water between members of NETWERCH2O and other Mediterranean countries  as Jordan, Greece, Turkey and Israel were also presented.

The last part of the conference was dedicated to present the EIP on Water initiative, and the activities of two associations, the European Water Association and NETWERCH2.
