Specifically in small communities of the Duero Basin

IMDEA Water, in collaboration with Sorbus Servicios Medioambientales, is carrying out the dissemination and advising for the installation of land application systems for wastewater treatment in small communities of the Duero Basin.

In November, IMDEA Water organized the visit of the Mancomunidad de Nuestra Señora de Hornuez (Segovia) to Patones (Madrid) in order to show the advantages of this wastewater treatment and its combination with high-yield plantations for obtaining biomass (in the short-term) and noble woods (in the medium and long term).
