IMDEA Water was in CONAMA 2012 through a technical communication "Community participation in the sustainable local development of the National Park Viñales (Cuba)", authores by the IMDEA WATER researcher José Luis Corvea.

IMDEA Water participated in the National Environmental Congress, held from 26 to 30 November 2012. The contribution consisted of a technical submission title "Community participation in the sustainable local development of the National Park Viñales (Cuba)", authored by, among others, José Luis Porras Corvea, researcher in IMDEA Water Institute.
