IMDEA Water received the medal of the Spanish Club of the Environment
IMDEA Water received the medal of the Spanish Club of the Environment (CEMA) in a ceremony held on November 14 at the headquarters of the Gomez Pardo Foundation.
Besides the delivery of medals of the CEMA it was commemorated last World Environment Day and the celebration of the XVII Anniversary Of the CEMA.
The President of the CEMA, Mr. Rafael Fernandez Rubio, conferred the CEMA medal to Mr. Eloy GarcĂa Calvo, Director of IMDEA Water, in representation of the Institute. Also there were awarded Mr. Rafael Ceballos JimĂ©nez, Engineer of Mounts, and Mr. JosĂ© Manuel Moreno RodrĂguez, Professor of Ecology and member of the IPCC. Each of the award winners declared a few words of gratefulness, referring to their activities.
