The certifying company Applus + has verified the "Protocol of preventive action measures against COVID-19" that IMDEA Agua has implemented to guarantee a safe work environment.

IMDEA Water has created a monitoring committee and a crisis-response team with the aim of taking the necessary measures to facilitate the activity of the center in all its areas.

Taking into account the guidelines of the health authorities in relation to COVID-19, the monitoring committee has implemented the following plans:

For the courier reception the building will be open from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Thursday), and from 9 am to 2,30 pm (Friday).

The general public that visits the IMDEA Water building without prior appointment will be informed at reception of the need to make an appointment, recommending, whenever possible, communication through non-contact means (telephone, email, videoconference, etc.).
