New edition of the project iluxtramáxima 2014
Saure publisher has released the new edition of the cultural project ILUSTRAMAXIMA 2014, opened to the diffusion of water culture and awareness through drawings.
ilustraMaxima is a cultural project that encompasses two main ideas: the first one is an international competition based on several aphorisms and maxims, aimed at raising awareness among cartoonists and illustrators around the world and, the second one, an organization of artistic activities.
In the edition of 2013, which was attended by 541 people that sent 866 illustrations related with the topic “water”, maxims as " What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well" by Antoine de Saint- Exupery, " What we know is a drop, what we don't know is an ocean" by Isaac Newton, " we never know the value of water till the well is dry”- English Proverb, were received.
The topic for the project Ilustramaxima 2014 concerns biodiversity and hosts the second international illustration contest and the development of the fourth artistic program of activities on environment.
