Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a Master’s in Hydrology and Water Resources Management from UAH in collaboration with URJC, where he analyzed runoff in road networks using hydrological models.
In 2018, he joined the AWARE research group, specializing in hydro-economic modeling for water resource management in the agricultural sector. During this time, he completed a second Master’s in Cartographic Geotechnologies at the University of Salamanca, researching the relationship between soil moisture and flood events using satellite data.
He was a research assistant at IMDEA Agua in the framework of the TALANOA-WATER project (this project is part of the PRIMA programme supported by the European Union; Grant Agreement number: 2023).
He is currently a predoctoral researcher within the framework of the NATURA project (Grant CNS2022-135132 funded by MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTR). His doctoral thesis is focused on uncertainty analysis in hydro-economic modeling for agricultural water resource management in the context of climate change.
