Holds a degree in Environmental Sciences (2010) from the University of Alcalá, a Master’s in Sustainable Water Management (2012) from the University of Zaragoza, and a PhD in Economics and Business (2022) from the UNED. He currently works as a researcher in the projects Water4All – Water Security for the Planet and EU Water Sector Investment Needs and Gaps Assessment, within the Water Economics and Institutional Analysis Group. His experience includes participation in several national and European projects related to climate change adaptation, water reuse, the urban water cycle, the water–health nexus, drought management, and the implementation of the EU WFD in Spain.
