Reynaldo Payano Almánzar recently defended his Doctoral Thesis at the University of Alcalá.
The thesis is entitled "Support System Decision Making Hydraulic Heritage (SADP-Water): Application to Horta Sud of Valencia" and is framed within the Doctoral Program in Hydrology and Water Resources Management, coordinated by the University of Alcalá, with the collaboration of IMDEA Water and the Rey Juan Carlos University.
Dr. Irene de Bustamante Gutiérrez, Deputy Director of IMDEA Water, has been the thesis director.
In this work he has studied the hydraulic heritage of Horta Sud of Valencia, by valuation of goods in this area through the design of a system to support decision making of hydraulic heritage (SADP-Water).
This system is structured in five modules of analysis (asset evaluation, soil quality, water quality, land use and socio-economic assessment), leading to a series of indicators that represent simple tools for assessing environmental, economic and social objectives.
He was rated Excellent.
