IMDEA Water will be present from March 27-29 at the Madrid is Science 2025 Fair. Organized by the Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d and IFEMA, this fourteenth edition will be a comprehensive showcase of the Madrid Region’s R&D&I capabilities for the construction of a sustainable future. The fair, aimed at school communities and the general public, is held as part of Education Week.

Madrid is Science is a comprehensive showcase of the R&D&I capabilities of the Community of Madrid for the construction of a sustainable future, showing citizens the response that Science, Technology and Innovation can give to the challenges of the Planet.

With the slogan IMDEA: the science that makes your life easier, the IMDEA Institutes will show their latest advances to the public in an interactive way. IMDEA Water will showcase its innovation and research for sustainable development, from online and real-time monitoring of wastewater with biosensors, nature-based solutions to treat contaminated water, the study of the fate and transport of micronanoplastics in the environment or how proper management is essential to ensure water supply while keeping ecosystems in good condition.
