IMDEA Water attends Pollutec in Lyon, France
IMDEA Agua visited Pollutec, one of the largest global exhibitions for environmental solutions for industry, cities, and regions. The meeting, held in Lyon, France, from October 10 to 13, was an opportunity to showcase the institute’s recently updated scientific and technological offerings.
In addition to the latest technological innovations in water treatment, it was demonstrated how European projects are progressing, namely Trineflex – focused on managing digital aspects and the transition to flexibility and sustainability of industrial processes –, Papillons – aimed at evaluating the use, environmental fate, and risks of plastic and microplastics in European agriculture – and ECORISK2050 – focused on analyzing and addressing the environmental risks of chemicals in water.
For 40 years, Pollutec has hosted international delegations in search of solutions and to share their projects and proposals to address environmental challenges (resource management, agriculture, reindustrialization, adaptation, etc.) in which water plays a central role.
IMDEA Water has recently published an updated version of its scientific & technological portfolio, which includes products or services sheets and laboratory studies capabilities.
This issue includes detailed product and service sheets and a list of laboratory capacities for different studies. Each service has detailed information on the service, which can be downloaded as a PDF file.
